About

Marcel Daly is an artist and actor originally from Bellevue, Nebraska. He started performing at a young age in Fort Crook Elementary. As he grew older he picked up theatre and saxophone, diving more onto the artistic path. With his talents he was selected as a nominee for the Jimmy Awards High School Musical Theatre showcase at the Minskoff Theatre in New York, New York in 2015.
After graduating high school, he attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Vocal Performance with a focus on musical theatre. During and after graduation, Marcel has had much success as a performer and artist on the stage across the US and internationally. Whether a theatrical production or a music show, Marcel Daly leaves an impression at every venue he performs at.
Off the stage, Marcel continues to improve his crafts and expand his career. Leading workshops, teaching voice lessons, and helping with auditions for students striving to pursue a career in the arts. On the creative side, Marcel is an A Cappella arranger, writer, composer and lyricist. As a Black performer and artist, Marcel continues to perform, create music, and educate the future generations through the arts.

Marcel Daly is honored to be an artist selected to be a He[Art]land Arts Fellow! He will be working with 7 other artists in a 12 week creative process that will learn about the criminal legal system in the Kansas City area and they will create a show, performing April 16th.
